La presente investigación se realizó en los campos experimentales de la Facultad de Agronomía de la Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, ubicada a 1,500 msnm. El estudio evaluó el comportamiento del cultivo de frijol (Phaseolus vulgaris) bajo diferentes fuentes y niveles de fertilización nitrogenada, incluyendo bioabono (efluente), urea, nitrato de amonio, sulfato de amonio, gallinaza y estiércol bovino. Se empleó un diseño de bloques al azar con tres repeticiones, en un arreglo factorial 2×6, complementado con testigos sin fertilización. Los datos fueron analizados mediante análisis de varianza, pruebas de Tukey y Scheffé. Los resultados mostraron diferencias altamente significativas en rendimiento y altura de planta; el efluente presentó los mayores rendimientos, mejor desarrollo vegetativo y mayor producción de flores y vainas, destacando la dosis equivalente a 50 kg de N/ha por su eficiencia agronómica y económica. |
