La presente investigación se realizó en la aldea Las Brisas, municipio de Yupiltepeque, departamento de Jutiapa, con el propósito de caracterizar el sistema de producción agrícola predominante en la comunidad. La metodología utilizada consistió en la recopilación de información socioeconómica, productiva y tecnológica mediante encuestas, entrevistas directas a productores, observaciones de campo y análisis descriptivo de los datos obtenidos. Se evaluaron aspectos relacionados con el uso y tenencia de la tierra, cultivos establecidos, prácticas de manejo agronómico, disponibilidad de recursos productivos, empleo de insumos agrícolas y condiciones de comercialización. Los resultados permitieron identificar las principales actividades agrícolas desarrolladas, los niveles tecnológicos empleados, las limitaciones productivas existentes y las características generales de las unidades de producción de la zona. |
