La presente investigación se realizó en el invernadero de la Facultad de Agronomía de la Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, con el objetivo de evaluar niveles de nutrimentos, fuentes de materia orgánica y sus interacciones sobre el desarrollo de plántulas y producción de tomate. Se empleó estiércol vacuno y gallinaza como fuentes orgánicas, complementadas con fertilización química, mediante un diseño factorial 2⁶ incompleto de media repetición, en bloques al azar con tres repeticiones. Las unidades experimentales fueron bolsas de polietileno. Los resultados mostraron que la gallinaza aplicada al suelo a razón de 10 t/ha generó mayor peso seco, altura de plántulas y contenido de macro nutrimentos en hojas y tallos. |
