La investigación se realizó en El Estor y Los Amates, departamento de Izabal, Guatemala, con el objetivo de evaluar insecticidas y fungicidas para el control de Oebalus sp. y enfermedades asociadas en arroz, así como su efecto en rendimiento y calidad del grano. Se empleó un diseño de bloques al azar con 12 tratamientos y cuatro repeticiones por localidad. Los resultados mostraron diferencias significativas en rendimiento en Los Amates (p≤0.01), destacando Lannate y Tamaron 600 como mejores insecticidas, y Dithane M-45 y Benlate-Manzate 200 en control fitosanitario; evidenciándose influencia climática en la incidencia de daño. |
