La presente investigación se realizó en la subcuenca del río Shutaque con el objetivo de efectuar un estudio de reconocimiento de sus características físicas, ambientales y productivas. La metodología incluyó trabajo de campo, análisis cartográfico, recopilación de información climática, edáfica e hidrológica, así como observación directa del uso actual de la tierra. Los resultados permitieron identificar las principales unidades fisiográficas, condiciones de suelo y agua, problemas de degradación y limitaciones para el aprovechamiento sostenible de los recursos naturales, evidenciándose la necesidad de planificación integral, manejo adecuado de la subcuenca y la implementación de prácticas de conservación para favorecer el desarrollo productivo y ambiental de la zona. |
