La presente investigación se realizó en tres localidades de Jutiapa para el sistema asociado maíz–frijol de primera y en cuatro localidades para frijol de segunda, con el objetivo de evaluar diferentes niveles de fertilización con nitrógeno y fósforo sobre el rendimiento de los cultivos. La metodología consistió en el establecimiento de ensayos de campo bajo un diseño experimental con varios tratamientos de fertilización y un testigo, registrándose variables agronómicas y productivas, cuyos datos fueron analizados estadísticamente. Los resultados evidenciaron diferencias significativas entre niveles de fertilización, observándose incrementos en el rendimiento del maíz y del frijol con dosis balanceadas de nitrógeno y fósforo, lo que permitió identificar alternativas eficientes para mejorar la productividad en los sistemas agrícolas evaluados. |
