La presente investigación se realizó en el sur-oriente de Guatemala con el objetivo de evaluar el efecto de la densidad de siembra y la fertilización en seis genotipos de frijol (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) sobre su rendimiento y comportamiento agronómico. La metodología utilizada consistió en el establecimiento de un experimento de campo bajo un diseño factorial, analizando diferentes niveles de densidad y fertilización, y evaluando variables fenológicas y productivas mediante análisis estadístico. Los resultados demostraron que existieron respuestas diferenciadas entre genotipos, identificándose combinaciones óptimas de densidad y fertilización que incrementaron significativamente el rendimiento, aportando información técnica para el manejo eficiente del cultivo. |
