| Summary, etc | La presente investigación se realizó en almácigos y plantillas de cardamomo (Elettaria cardamomum L.) y tuvo como objetivo identificar los géneros de nemátodos fitoparasíticos, determinar su distribución general y evaluar su efecto fisiológico sobre plantas en condiciones de invernadero. Se emplearon técnicas nematológicas estándar, incluyendo extracción por tamizado-centrifugación e identificación morfológica, así como ensayos de infestación controlada. Los resultados evidenciaron la presencia predominante de géneros patogénicos que afectaron el desarrollo radicular, redujeron el vigor vegetativo y generaron síntomas de estrés fisiológico, destacando su importancia en la sanidad y manejo del cultivo. |
