La presente investigación se realizó en la Facultad de Agronomía de la Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, con el propósito de establecer consideraciones básicas para la creación de centros de capacitación agropecuaria fundamentados en una teoría del desarrollo. Se utilizó una metodología documental y descriptiva, basada en la revisión de teorías del desarrollo rural, análisis institucional y entrevistas a expertos del sector agropecuario. Los resultados evidenciaron la necesidad de vincular la capacitación técnica con procesos de desarrollo social y económico sostenibles, destacando la importancia de la participación comunitaria, la transferencia tecnológica y la formación integral en el ámbito agropecuario nacional. |
