La presente investigación se realizó en el Grupo corporativo Santa Ana en el departamento Técnico Agrícola, mediante el diagnóstico se pudo detectar los problemas de actualidad en el departamento Técnico Agrícola que se enfocó en el manejo integrado de plagas atendiendo el problema del limitante del uso de insecticidas en dosis letal 50 con Metarhizium anisopliae cepa sasafe en el control de gallina ciega (phyllophaga parvisetis.) bajo condiciones de laboratorio, para el efecto se evaluaron cinco dosis del hongo entomopatógeno M. anisopliae con el fin de obtener una dosis apta para poder aplicar en el campo y un análisis de costos para comparar las diferencias del manejo químico. La metodología utilizada fue un diseño completamente al azar en condiciones controladas, el experimento consto de seis tratamientos y cuatro repeticiones, la variable de respuesta fue porcentaje de larvas parasitadas, el tratamiento correspondiente a la dosis de 2.5 X 1014 conidios/ha presentó el mayor porcentaje de parasitismo con un 22.5 %, posteriormente se realizó un análisis probit en el que se determinó que la dosis letal (DL) para que M. anisopliae cepa sasafe pueda parasitar el 50 % de la población es de 2.71 x 1014 conidios/ha. |
