La presente investigación se realizó en la Aldea Vista Hermosa, en el municipio de Unión Cantinil, Huehuetenango, Guatemala, mediante diagnóstico se priorizó realizar comparación de dos fungicidas químicos con dos fungicidas biológicoque permitan los mejores resultados en el manejo de roya del café. En esta investigación se concluyó que en la comparación de los fungicidas químicos el porcentaje de incidencia no tiene mucha variación entre Cyproconazole y Triadimenol, siendo 11.37 % y 13.31 % respectivamente, sin embargo, debido a la eficacia del producto se considera que Cyproconazole es un mejor ingrediente activo en comparación de Triadimenol. En la comparación de los fungicidas biológicos se obtuvo similitud en la incidencia, pero, debido a la eficacia del ingrediente activo, funcionó de mejor manera Trichoderma que Lecanicillium. Según la eficacia accionó con similitud los fungicidas químicos y biológicos debido al porcentaje de incidencia que combatieron, en cuanto a eficacia funcionaron de mejor manera los fungicidas biológicos debidos que en la utilización de estos no se necesitó de una segunda aplicación sino bastó con una sola.
