La presente investigación se realizó en Guatemala mediante un programa cooperativo entre el Ministerio de Agricultura y el Departamento de Estaciones Experimentales de la Facultad de Agronomía, utilizando la metodología de experimentación de campo con microparcelas. El estudio evaluó la factibilidad de sustituir parcelas tradicionales para reducir costos y, al mismo tiempo, determinar la respuesta del cultivo de maíz a la aplicación de fertilizantes N, P y K en distintos niveles. Los resultados mostraron que las microparcelas ofrecieron información válida y confiable para mejorar los rendimientos del maíz. |
